BTS' album, ARIRANG, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart on April 4, earning the reunited pop group their seventh No. 2. The album earned 641,000 equivalent album units, marking the largest week for an album by a group since the chart began tracking in December 2014. Of these units, 532,000 were in pure album sales, making BTS the biggest sales week for a group in over a decade. Luke Combs also achieved his seventh top 10 with his album The Way I Am coming in at No 2. BTS' first-week sales were largely driven by physical sales, with 208,000 accounting for the largest sales week on vinyl. The group's global tour will continue through the U.S. and Mexico through May 28, before returning overseas.
