Riko's Pizza is planning a new restaurant in Ridgefield, Connecticut, which will be the company's sixth corporate-owned location and 13th overall. The new location will include a full-service restaurant and bar, with plans for a 3,000-square-foot upstairs dining area with 16 bar seats, an open dining space, televisions, outdoor patio seating, a private dining room on the lower level, and a takeout area. The company is also planning to expand its franchise presence in Florida, New York, and North Carolina.
