Valor Collegiate Academies COO resigns amid state investigation

The chief operating officer of Valor Collegiate Academies, Thomas Branch, has resigned following the discovery of financial irregularities. The school has reported the irregularities to the state comptroller's office and is conducting its own review. The scandal is currently being investigated by the Department of Education.
