NJ Man Robbed Livingston Pharmacy At Gunpoint, Sentenced To Prison

Nariq Petes, a 27-year-old man from Newark, has been sentenced to over 150 months in prison for the robbery of a pharmacy in Livingston, New Jersey. Petes was convicted of conspiracy to commit Hobbs Act robbery and using a firearm during a crime of violence. Another person involved in the crime, Xavier Reyes, was sentenced to 111 months and three years in prison.
