Eugene Kim, a visually impaired man, claims he was belittled and demelected by a Frontier Airlines employee at the Salt Lake International Airport. Kim was brought to the counter to ask for help and was told to go to the back of the line. The employee was heard telling Kim that he was not respecting anyone in line. As a customer service gesture, Frontier Airlines is refunding Kim's travel costs in full.
