Unilever in takeover talks with McCormick for food business

Unilever (ULV) is in discussions with U.S.-based McCormick & Company about selling its foods business, which includes brands such as Hellmann's mayonnaise and Knorr. There is no certainty that a deal will be agreed. The food business, accounting for about a quarter of the company's total sales in 2025, contributed to over 12.9 billion euros.
