Apple has launched its Tap to Pay on iPhone service in Malaysia, allowing small businesses to accept contactless payments using their phones without needing to purchase or rent a payment terminal. The service is supported by five payment platforms in the country, but not yet in Apple's own retail store. The feature is now available in over 50 countries. However, a drawback is that cardholders may need to enter their card into a reader, which is rare.
