The creation of the Greenwich AI Task Force will bring together residents with expertise in artificial intelligence, technology, risk management and innovation. The task force will examine how AI could be used to improve service delivery, increase efficiency for taxpayers, and support workforce planning. The goal is to use technology "to make government work better for individuals", not just for convenience. There will also be liaisons from various town boards, departments, and committees.
