An unlicensed driver caused a collision with an electric bicycle operated by a 16-year-old boy. The accident occurred at the intersection of Brookhaven and Meade Avenues. The boy was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The incident occurred shortly after 9.11.
