Family-owned Bloomfield restaurant famous for 1-pound mozzarella stick closes today

The family-owned restaurant, The Brookdale, is set to close after nearly six years in business. The restaurant is known for its 1-pound mozzarella stick and other popular menu items. Fanny's and Ladyfingers, another of the restaurant's sister concepts, will remain open.
