A massive bust in Southern California has resulted in several arrests and seizure of 1,800 stolen catalytic converters worth an estimated $500,000. The arrests were made after a months-long investigation into the rise in catalytic converter thefts across the region. The converters were found at a business in Norwalk and a storage site in South Los Angeles. Four people were arrested for selling and purchasing suspected stolen converters. The remaining suspect is still an unknown.
