WhatsApp is working on ‘guest chats’ for people without accounts

Whittability is launching 'guest chats' for people without accounts, a feature that allows WhatsApp users to start conversations with people without an account. The feature has been tested on Android and is now being expanded to beta testers on iOS and the web. Guest chats are secured by end-to-hende encryption, with only the participants in the conversation able to read the messages. Currently, the feature does not support group chats, voice messages, attachments, stickers, GIFs, or any calls. However, it is set to expire after 10 days of inactivity.
