Juan Jose Rangel, a 40-year-old man, has pleaded no contest to a charge of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated for allegedly driving drunk in a collision on Fairfax Road in California. The other driver, Salvador Gallegos Jr., was pronounced dead at the scene. Rangel was driving a pickup that drifted into the northbound lane and was taken into custody by police.
