Crypto asset management firm Bitwise has donated $233,000 to three open-source Bitcoin developer organizations, Brink, OpenSats, and the Human Rights Foundation's Bitcoin Development Fund. This is the second annual contribution made by the firm and was funded through profits from its Bitcoin ETF, BITB, which has over $2.7 billion in assets under management. The donation was chosen due to their deep-rooted commitment to the Bitcoin network and protocol. Despite a 7.5% surge in Bitcoin's value in the last 24 hours, the top crypto asset has fallen around 42% from its October all-time high of $126,080.
