Arizona Senator Ruben Gallego is being criticized by Republicans over his friendship with Rep. Eric Swalwell, who resigned following allegations of sexual assault and predatory behavior with women in his congressional office. Despite efforts to distance himself from his former best friend, Gallegeo has insisted that he was unaware of any wrongdoing and had no knowledge of predatory behavior, sexual assault or harassment. Republicans have attempted to connect him to him with accusations without evidence.
