A man has been arrested for allegedly setting fire to a home in Pearl City, Hawaii. The Honolulu Fire Department responded to the fire at 8:41 a.m. The fire was extinguished after an aggressive offensive fire attack. The American Red Cross has been assisting displaced residents.
