A person was critically injured after falling out of a moving vehicle during an incident that occurred around 6:15 p.m. on E.170. The passenger was dragged down the road by Kevin Summerlin, who was attempting to close the door. The victim was taken to hospital with critical injuries. The incident was not disclosed.
