Judge blocks Pentagon’s effort to ‘punish’ Anthropic by labeling it a supply chain risk

A federal judge in California has indefinitely blocked the Pentagon's attempt to punish Anthropic for being labelled a supply chain risk and severing government ties. The judge stated that these measures violated the company's constitutional rights. The decision was delayed for a week to allow the government to appeal.
