Terance Mann, a veteran wing for the Brooklyn Nets, has been instrumental in helping the team's young players adjust to life on a rebuilding roster. Mann, who was acquired from the Atlanta Hawks in July, has averaged 7.6 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.2 assists while shooting 46.3% from the field and 36.9% from 3-point range. He also ranks fifth on the team in total minutes at 1,263 and fifth in games started with 42. Mann's steadiness and ability to communicate with the team during games have been praised by head coach Jordi Fernández. Despite being 29 years old, Mann is the oldest player on the Nets' roster and is the longest-tenured player.
