The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) has been accused of using its Protect College Sports Act as a Trojan horse for men in women's college sports. One provision would prevent federal lawsuits to protect women's sports, undermine efforts to hold the NCAA accountable under Title IX, and undermine state protections for women and girls in school sports. The Wall Street Journal warns that the NCAA is not telling anyone about these concerns. Conservatives argue that the border rush at Ceuta shows what "the Democratic Socialists of America's (DSA) policies would look like in practice. They also suggest that Republicans should adopt a bold branding campaign against Democrats in the midterms.
