French cognac-maker Remy Cointreau has launched a three-year transformation plan to improve its profits. The plan aims to hedge against macroeconomic cycles through stronger distribution networks, revenue management, and a leaner organisation. The company's shares are near 16-year lows after a more than 82% drop from their peak in 2021. The group has appointed finance chief Luca Marotta as deputy CEO and head of investor relations Celia d'Everlange as chief transformation officer overseeing prestige brands.
