Netflix CEO, Ted Sarandos, has spoken about the company's decision to abandon its bid to acquire Warner Bros. He stated that his company had a limited budget of money available and that Paramount's increasing offers were "unusual and irrational" and that they kept increasing. The company now has $2.8 billion from Paramount's breakup fee and isn't looking to do any more acquisitions in the near future.
