OmaHA POLICE has arrested an Omaha woman, Angelique Edmonds, for allegedly stealing over $180,000 from her employer while working as the company's financial controller. Court documents allege that she made purchases with her company's credit card and transferred funds from her account without authorization. The employee of an Omaha insulation business reported that she had been using the credit card without authorization and transferring funds from the account. The company also noted that Edmonds was getting married and had been absent from work in September and October 2025. The charges, which totalled a total loss of $182,805.92, were found in court. Edmonds has been charged with theft by unlawful taking $5,000 or more, a felony.
