The driver of the 2024 Freightliner, who was making a left turn, is not facing immediate charges as police continue to investigate the accident. The victim's life was devoted to providing for her daughter and was planning to travel to Ecuador in August to visit her mother. Relatives are raising money to send the victim's body back to her home in Cuenca, Ecuador.
