Felon arrested after allegedly shooting at man during stolen bicycle fight in Capitol Hill

A 22-year-old convicted felon has been arrested following a dispute and shooting incident in Capitol Hill, Washington. The suspect is on supervised release and is prohibited from possessing firearms. Police recovered the gun and ammunition and arrested the man. The victim was unharmed.
