Police looking for 39-year-old missing endangered Cleveland man

Cleveland police are searching for 39-year-old Casey Moore who left his group home on Wednesday and has not returned. Moore, who has several medical conditions including neurological deficiencies and PTSD, may confuse himself due to these conditions. Police have not found him in any public location.
