The series, hosted by RuPaul Charles, saw double-digit growth from Season 17 and ranked among the Top 3 cable series in 2026. Myki Meeks was crowned the Season 18 winner, receiving a $200,000 grand prize and a year's supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics. The show also earned 291 million views and 12.5 million engagements throughout the season.
