The long-running weekly guest chef pop-up at Thattu in Avondale, Chicago, has been revamped following a disappointing winter schedule. The spring schedule includes a return of Jeremy Leven's Basque-inspired Gilda, a collaboration with Rafa Esparza and Anthony Baier's FAFO, and a West African jollof party with Dozzy Ibekwe’s Grill on 4/20. The new lineup includes chefs from Shirley Cisner, Shirley Walkso, and Dave Andrews, who will also participate in a Pittsburgh red sauce project.
