Nets desperately need lottery luck after tanking is all said and done

A staggering third of the NBA is currently participating in a series of scandals, with teams hoping to capitalise on their victories in the lottery. The Nets, however, have not produced a single homegrown All-American since 2003. The league has been threatened with fines for the second half of the season. The situation is so severe that the NBA has been forced to institute new practices.
