Darth Vader returns to Disneyland — and visitors love it

Darth Vader has returned to Disneyland's Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, replacing Kylo Ren in a major shake-up at the Anaheim theme park. The Sith Lord has officially taken over his residency at the Black Spire Outpost, where he now appears multiple times daily. This move is part of a broader overhaul within the park, with characters such as Leia Organa, Han Solo, and Luke Skywalker now appearing regularly. The changes have been significant for the 14-acre themed land, which was originally designed to immerge visitors in an original adventure and encourage role-playing rather than traditional character meet-and-evaluation.
