Joseph Duggar, a star in the popular reality TV series "19 Kids and Counting," has been arrested in Arkansas after he was accused of sexually molesting a 9-year-old girl in Florida. The Bay County Sheriff's Office has charged him with lewd and lascivious behavior for molestation of a victim less than 12 years old, and lewd behavior conducted by a person 18 years or older. This is not the first time Duggar has been charged with sexual abuse; his brother, Josh, was also accused of molesting several girls while he was a teenager. The reported victim, now 14, told police about several incidents involving Duggar when she was 9 years old.
