A 24-hour pet emergency room is opening in Manhattan Beach, California. The facility allows pet parents to stay with their pets during all stages of treatment, including surgery and overnight hospitalization. A ribbon cutting is scheduled for 11:30am on Wednesday. The founder and CEO of the VEG ER for Pets, David Bessler, said the opening allows for 24/7 emergency care.
