The Evanston Wildkits won the title with a total of 204.5 points, largely due to the performances of Harvey, Jean-Paul, Emmanuel Roche, Justin Johnson, Deshawn Preister, and Andrew Praeuner in the field events. Loyola Academy was the runner-up, followed by Willowbrook, New Trier, Brother Rice, St. Ignatius. Evanston also dominated the 7-team field in relay wins in the 800 and 1600.
