The Dare County Sheriff’s Office’s deputies arrest wanted man in Manteo

The Dare County Sheriff's Office has arrested a wanted man, Michael J. Wallace III, for allegedly resisting, delaying or obstructing law enforcement. The arrest occurred on March 1, when a deputy recognized a vehicle associated with the suspect as being associated with an active warrant. The suspect has been charged with warrant service/ fugitive warrant and has a $3,000 secured bond. The Manteo Police Department also participated in the arrest.
