The Outsiders has updated its platform to include advanced metrics for power-based training sessions. The new metrics will help athletes understand intensity, pacing, and efficiency across these sessions. Earlier this year, The Outsiders introduced Personal Training Goals, allowing users to set workout targets based on various factors including time, distance, training load, active energy, or elevation. The update also includes customization options for the Today and Progress tabs.
