Tight end Jody Fortenstein, who last played a game for the Chiefs in the 2024 season, is reportedly trying to return to the sport for the 2026 season. Despite being cleared to play again last year, he has not played in any games since then. He had 14 catches for 155 yards in 19 games for the Kansas City team.
