Lataija Ancrum, 25, from Dumfries, is charged with conspiracy to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl. According to a criminal affidavit, she allegedly worked with her husband, Khalil Williams, to move drug proceeds between Virginia redistributors and suppliers in Phoenix. Ancrums allegedly used her CashApp account to transfer at least $50,200 to co-conspirators between September 2023 and February 2024.
