The opening ceremony of the first World Cup game in the United States will be held on June 12 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, with artists such as Katy Perry, Future, Anitta, LISA, and Tyla set to perform. This will be the first time FIFA has featured multiple opening ceremonies across different countries for a single tournament. The U.S. will play Paraguay in the tournament's opening match. Other artists set to participate include Alanis Morissette, Alessia Cara, Elyanna, and Jessie Reyez, Michael Bublé, Nora Fatei, Sanjoy, Vegedream and William Prince.
