Car Company Puts Human-Like Robots on Their Production Line

German car company, BMW, is expanding the use of humanoid robots to its production line in Leipzig, Germany. The move was announced in February and aims to integrate the robots into existing series production of cars and explore further applications in the production of batteries and components. The use of Hexagon Robotics' humanoid robots is seen as a natural and adaptable integration. BMW executives believe that AI-powered robotics will become more common in the future.
