Sheinelle Jones, co-host of TODAY with Jenna and Sheinelle's new book, “Through Mom’s Eyes,” is a love letter to mothers and women everywhere. The book, which was written over the course of seven years, includes insights gained through one-on-one interviews with mothers of various cultural icons such as Lady Gaga, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Steph Curry, Venus and Serena Williams, Matthew McConaughey, Tyra Banks, Thomas Rhett and others. Jones, who is also a mother to three children, expressed her desire to answer questions about parenting for her kids and her legacy. The author's husband, Uche Ojeh, encouraged her to continue writing the book, even after his diagnosis of glioblastoma.
