Kelvin Ucles-Flores, a 21-year-old Worcester man, is accused of stealing a front-end loader and leading police on a slow-speed chase through Millbury. The chase began when an officer attempted to stop the machine, but Uales-Flore, later identified as the operator, did not stop and continued driving erratically. He was eventually removed from the vehicle and charged with several counts. The loader was towed from the scene and will be returned to its owner.
