Marco's Pizza is set to expand to New Mexico, with a three-unit deal signed by Hall Foods LLC, led by the Hallal family, set to open in Las Cruces this summer. The first location is expected to be in Albuquerque. The other two locations have yet to be determined. Hallal, a veteran entrepreneur and leader of the technology company Sysol, is launching the Marco's venture in partnership with his brother, David Hallal and his daughter, Daniela Hallal. This expansion represents an exciting opportunity to build the brand in new territories for the Ohio-based restaurant chain. The company, founded in 1978, operates over 1,200 restaurants across 35 states and internationally.
