Lawry's The Prime Rib, a California-based upscale steakhouse that helped popularize prime rib with its table-side service and perfectly seasoned slices of tender beef, is known for its unique luxury service and unique seasoning. The chain currently operates two U.S. locations, one in Beverly Hills and one in Las Vegas, and another in Singapore. The former Executive Chef at Lawry's, Ryan Wilson, revealed that while prime rib may not be as popular as it was in the mid-20th century, it has made a resurgence due to its unique presentation and seasoning. Despite recent reviews, Lawry’s continues to be highly rated by customers, with four or more stars on Yelp, OpenTable, and Tripadvisor.
