Fresno real estate family flies the coop, leaving Keller Willams after 17 years

After 17 years under the Keller Williams brand, Central California Real Estate Pros, a Fresno real estate brokerage, is returning to its independent roots. The move was made following an extensive review process ahead of a franchise renewal. Joanna Odabashian, CEO and founding owner of the firm, includes her younger brother Jared Martin, partner and strategic leader, and their parents, Jennifer, and Bryan. The brokerage will continue serving clients throughout the Central Valley and will eliminate the elimination of franchise fees paid by agents. The new name reflects a regional focus and the chosen symbol, the California quail.
