Netflix is in discussions to buy Radford Studio Center in Studio City, California, for $1.85 billion. The company's current 10-year lease on Sunset Bronson Studios is set to end later this year. The 22-stage campus is nearly 100 years old and has hosted shows such as "Seinfeld," "The Mary Tyler Moore Show," "That ’70s Show” and "The Simpsons," among others.
