Victims IDed As Mass Shooting Kills 2, Wounds 3 In Philadelphia: Police

A masked gunman opened fire from a white vehicle in West Philadelphia, killing two men and injuring three others. The victims were identified as Paul Cobb and Naasir Boyd, both of whom were shot in the chest. A 36-year-old man remains in critical condition. The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.
