McCormick will step aside from several cases involving Elon Musk after his lawyers accused her of bias over a LinkedIn post that appeared to show her "supporting" commentary mocking him. The judge, who insisted she was not biased against Musk, will reassign the group of suits to a different judge. The cases will be taken over by three colleagues from Delaware’s top corporate litigation venue.
