The Illinois House of Representatives has advanced a measure to set up property tax rates for a new Chicago Bears stadium. The bill, known as the "megaprojects bill," now goes to the Senate for consideration. If approved, it will be signed by Democratic Gov. JB Pritzker. The team is considering moving from Soldier Field to Arlington Heights, Illinois. The funding for the stadium will be from food and beverage taxes and hotel taxes.
