Albuquerque man accused of fatal road rage shooting

Cecenio Lopez, an Albuquerque man, has been arrested for the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Roman Valenceno. Police say Lopez allegedly crossed into Valeceno's path when he was driving and opened fire on Valecen. The suspect is on probation for a previous felony conviction and is facing charges related to the shooting.
