The Chicago Bulls Chairman Jerry Reinsdorf and President and CEO Michael Reinsdororf have taken action against the team, following a period of stagnation in the team that saw no tanking involved in the 1985-86 season. The Bulls were trading their few real assets for a better draft pick next summer, trading their real assets to a group of journeymen and former top prospects who never panned out.
